Information collected
We store questionnaire answers, anonymous visitor identifiers, retailer-link clicks, and information you voluntarily submit through the contact form, including your name and email address. Staff authentication data is used only to protect administration pages.
How information is used
We use this information to generate recommendations, understand site performance, prevent abuse, respond to messages, and improve the service. We do not sell contact-form information.
Service providers and external links
Google reCAPTCHA may process technical information to detect abuse. Our hosting provider processes information needed to operate the service. Retailer links take you to third-party websites governed by their own privacy practices.
Retention and requests
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve AnimalCue or meet applicable obligations. You may use the contact page to request access to or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
